I was featured among these other powerful coaches on Forbes!

What a privilege is to be featured among these other #powerful coaches on Forbes! What a privilege is to be featured among these other #powerful coaches on Forbes!

To think that 21 years ago, when I moved to this country, I did not know what #Forbes was...

Talk about a #transformation!

My life has been a life of transformation, one after the other.

I began my professional career as a 1st grade elementary teacher, then left my country, got a PhD, became an educational researcher, became a mother, worked as a consultant and now I am the CEO and Founder of my own DEI Coaching and Consulting firm!!

The thing is that I can't stop. I just can't stop going. Something bigger than me keeps pushing me to keep learning, investigating, helping, doing.

And that something is knowing that the work that I do is specifically designed and created to empower the group that needs it the most: #Latinas!

When I see my #Latina clients' faces light up when they have that insight that changes their world, when we code switch from English to Spanish and share sayings and jokes in common, when they go and do amazing things - that is the most wonderful feeling in the world.

I'm in the right place, doing the right thing, at the right time. #thankfulheart

Can't be more #grateful to everyone who has believed in me, who trusted me, who joins me in my happiness!

And thank you Karen Fleshman, Esq. for recommending me and thank you Janice Gassam Asare, Ph.D. for caring about this. Representation matters and I am delighted to see these amazing coaches of diverse ethnic groups being featured. It's time.
