My name is Dr. Alejandra Rodríguez Mielke, and I am a Leadership Coach and DEI Consultant. I’ve been featured in Forbes, and have worked with clients in the higher education and non-profit space, as well as leaders in mid-size tech companies.

Through my DEI work, I promote organizations’ ability to include historically excluded populations in decision-making processes, promote fair and impartial practices, and endorse the equitable distribution of resources, knowledge, and opportunities.

My strengths are my analytical and systems-oriented mind along with my people’s skills that have successfully allowed me to quickly identify and eliminate the noise and confusion that can sometimes surface in highly dynamic settings, large and small, by staying clearly focused on people, their wellbeing, their development, and their growth while increasing DEI knowledge and expertise across the organization.
